Odd moss-in-a-pot

When admiring a friend's Sarracenia, which was growing in a plant pot in his conservatory, I noted this peculiar unfamiliar specimen. I've had a quick search online, but without success, though it might have helped if I knew the name for the unusual bifurcated stalk bearing the gemmae, or are they bulbils? If anyone can suggest what family it might belong or anything else which might help refine a search I'd be most grateful. Some microscope pics for ref. NB. Pohlia nutans and Leptobryum pyriforme also present with abundant fruits in the same pots.
